Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
2 dollops sour cream
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and sour cream mix until combined.
Add dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll into 1 1/4" balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
